It was pretty close, there was no more than a round in it after 5. Zaveck was catching Berto pretty regularly.

Would be great if there's a rematch, not as if there's many top opponents available for Berto atm.

Berto's got a mandatory against Randall Bailey though, wonder if they take that or not :think

Bailey's a risky fight, when will he have to fight his mandatory?

I see his opponent tonight had been stopped 3 out of 4 yet Bailey couldn't take him out. Very surprising

Love to see Randall KO Berto:yep

Bailey either gets his right hand or doesn't though.

    I had it
    BERTO: 1; 5
    ZAVECK: 2; 3; 4

Zaveck is slow as ****, poor balance and uber basic, Berto is just woeful. Bailey would spark him I reckon.

    Yeah maybe mate!!

In my defense I'd run 20 miles in the afternoon and then gone out for 7-8 pints in the evening. The wheels just fell off around 4am!!:tired

Did exactly the same but that was before the card even started!!! To be honest, having been working all day from only 2 hours sleep the night before I suppose I did well to last for the Mcdonnell/Hall fight

    Jeffries might as well retire.

Go back to Sunderland and ask for his job back at the hotdog stand...... he'll never be a good professional fighter as long as I've a hole in my arse.

I thought I was maybe being a bit harsh when I said he'd not make it to British level.... he'd be pushed at area level after seeing that. Talk of fights with Groves, Mendy etc :-( just..... NO!

Hall vs McDonnell was close, could have gone either way. Berto getting even more hype on HBO..... Bailey would stop him if they fought. Still, he can't complain, made buckets of cash before he got found out.
