Ruslan Provodnikov hits harder than Manny Pacquiao. As far as stronger as a fighter and resiliency it's Manny, by far. That dude is resilient.

Why wouldn't a fight with GGG happen if you're serious about fighting him at a catchweight? You'd be the biggest name he's faced by far.

I'm not a fan of catchweights. I always say if you are going to do it, do it right and go up and face the champion in his weight class. That's how Rocky Marciano used to do it and Sugar Ray Robinson. Henry Armstrong went up in weight and held three titles in three different weight classes. I would go up to 160 and face him but everybody says I'm crazy. They say I'm crazy because I called out Klitschko, and said I'd fight him too. I know the fight probably won't materialize because of size difference and I have people who would protect me. But if I didn't have them, I would fight anyone.

Why not? I was injured in both fights. I tore my calf in the second fight in the second round and I still made it out of 24 rounds with one of the best fighters in this generation. I honestly feel that if I was 100 percent I would have done a lot better. I'm sure Manny agrees if he was 100 percent he would have done better against Floyd.

Is or isn't the WBO belt on the line for the fight Tim?

The interim title is on the line for this fight. When you are the interim champion, if the champion vacates you automatically become the champion. That's the problem right now with Mayweather. He hasn't vacated yet and they are waiting to get that situation cleared up. If he does keep it, and if he wants to keep it, he is going to have to fight me some time. And we know that won't happen so I know I will be the champ.

Do you plan to stay at welterweight?

Right now I am planning to stay at welterweight but I was thinking about testing the waters at 154 if it makes sense. A good Cotto fight would be nice. He's not that big or tall. Also, a possible fight with Canelo, he's not super big. He's a lot smaller junior middleweight.

Marquez, because I did everything right to win the fight. I followed the game plan to a T and came out unscathed with only a little blemish on my face. When you have those type of nights, that's your best performance. You came out unscathed against one of the best in the world. By far that's my best.
