I just checked it out of curiosity with similar style pants, and it was only 102g. Being naked and still too fat would be too much humiliation for old man Hokins.

Edited: I haven't seen the earlier answer... so it seems his pants were also too light to make 4 oz.

I am not sure if they are exact rules how much time does someone gets for that, but as the difference is marginal it won't take long.

 

If he still can't make the weight then I assume it will either be a non-title fight or Pascal has the option of calling it off. But it shouldn't be an issue. He could lose most of the weight by having a wank.
