I understand what you're saying, but nope, if one of the fighters can't make weight, the title simply isn't at stakes. Thanks for my avatar (BTW it's a real webcam screenshot I took) But by "funny" I meant "what the hell, how can someone really think something like that?"
True, there is corruption everywhere. But in this instance, to suggest that the promoter is corrupted and that the scale was rigged is coming out of nowhere. When could they have done that? Nobody touched the scale between the Diaconu-Dawson weigh in and BHop's, or between BHop's and Pascal's. Canadian promoters have been waiting for years to have HBO and Showtime come here, and they would pull something like that in their face? Come on, before you make an accusation, get some proof.
Undistinguished, with a long beard? Indeed Garfield was assassinated but the circumstances now elude me.
Accusing someone of cheating, during a press conference, with no basis in truth, and then making a huge deal about some tests that you never even properly asked for is shameful. They also robbed the man of a victory with terrible scoring. They are doing anything they can to try to get a edge in this fight and it just makes Pascal look more and more scared. Trash talking is one thing, but they really seem to be trying everything they can to either sway the fight in Pascal's direction, or list some excuses if he gets beaten down. It all smacks of bad taste. :deal
It's okay, BHOp is one dump away from making weight. Heard he was gonna go have some Popeyes Chicken to go along with his hydration.
But he was not fit to continue and the fight should have been stopped. He could not defend himself. The ref delayed the count until he knew the bell was going to ring. By the rules, Bute was KO'ed! Even the announcers thought it was shameful!
even blue_87 must admit it's in abysmally bad taste to make unsubstantiated accusations about steroid use. Even for a citizen of a country that has never shot its prime ministers.
