I wonder how much difference in weight there will be when the first bell rings?

6 pounds difference now, probably be a lot more on fight night. Margarito looked fairly comfortable as well, there was a lot of talk today about him having trouble cutting weight, but he looked healthy I thought.

Fair play to Manny if he beats up Margo like everybody expects. I know Tony is tailor made in a lot of ways, but he's still taking on a much bigger man.

Interesting how both Manny Pacquiao and David Haye have decided to go back down in weight after being heavier in their last few fights. I wonder if they've realised that they're best off just fighting at a weight that's comfortable for them rather than bothering with all these poxy, near-meaningless weight divisions?

Ariza had said Manny wouldn't come in over 147. No point sacrificing his major asset by piling on the pounds. He'll want to avoid the clinches where that would be a benefit.

I thought Margo looked over the moon to have hit 150.

His reaction made me think there was doubt there.

    I agree with that.

he did seem relieved, let out a big breath as well. Maybe slightly tight at the weight.

Well not a surprise, a guy that could likely make 140 against a guy that is probably a 154lb'er these days. You would expect a huge size difference.

But to be honest its not a huge deal because Manny is not going to be there for Margarito to use his strength. And whatever he weighs he's not a big, big puncher, Cotto was a harder puncher.
