Sam Eggington has now matched the career achievements of Chris Eubanks Jnr in the ring.

Very pleased for Sam

 

Zysk was game as **** but outclassed in the end. Sam's fights are always very watchable and that one was no different.

For the record, I had it Eggington 118 -110 Zysk.

 

Eggington deserves this. He's been in some real wars, often the underdog and always brings the fight.

I’d like to see Eggington vs Josh Kelly but I’m not sure if it’ll happen or not.

 

Reports from Australia are suggesting that Dennis Hogan will be Eggington's next opponent.

 

I agree. If Boxxer / Sky Sports builds his career in the right way, then the potential is absolutely wild. He can go far.

 

These Azim brothers are getting plenty of hype and it may or may not be justified but why are they being labelled as superstars or future superstars already? They're already on the dinner circuit doing meet and greet type of shows and splashing out on sports cars. They seem like their focusing on become stars not boxers.

 

Don't know if Ben Shalom is in a partnership with Mick Hennessy as some of Mick's fighters were in action last night.

A young promoter can learn well from Mick on matching fighters and delivering exciting contests while he builds the boxing on Sky.

 

Azim looks like star material. Long way to go but he looks like he has the x factor.

 

Interesting fight. Kelly would box his head of over first 5 or 6 but he would struggle to keep Egg of him as he tired.

 

We can hope that Mick Hennessy has found a new home for his boxers on Sky Sports.

 

This is an issue for a few of the new generation up and comers. The likes of Floyd, Conor McGregor, even someone like Jake Paul have made the lifestyle more attractive than the legacy.
