lol cmon bro, it was sucker punch. If Floyd was a combination puncher he'd be a monster , I've been watchin his training and I noticed he doesnt train to throw combos. Only single shots, maybe a 1-2. You have to wonder why his trainers don't teach him that but I guess that's just his style.

It shouldn't be a surprise that Floyd works hard. He's definitely not holding back for the camera. When you own your own gym and are your own boss, it's rather impressive to maintain that level of discipline.

    My coach is a barbarian.

People will literally be like "Man, I can't" and he just folds his arms, shrugs, and stares you down with this cold blooded look and says "Do it."

Even seasoned athletes can usually only do a few.

Mayweather did a bunch, fast, throwing combos on the incline.

I'd say a 2 hour workout is normal at this intensity at my local gym. That usually consists of circuit training for 45 mins pretty much non stop and little breaks. The breaks consist of constant jogging. Then straight into bag work and or sparring for the remainder. As mentioned above though the endurance and recovery times are almost unreal here.

Edit: I'm seeing some nice old school static holds now to strengthen that core :D

Alright, he's human. Gulped that water bottle. He really pushed himself to exhaustion.

I've missed all of it. :patsch

How different is the intensity of the workout from Pacquaio's? Both seem to be workhorses by reading the posts?

If you start doing what's called Ninja Get Ups then it would make it a lot easier to do what Floyd is doing with Ellerbe holding his legs.
