The reason Mayweather Boxing Club doesn't usually open their doors to the public and show their workouts is because they feel bad for WildCard and don't want them to all commit mass suicide due unmanageable insecurity.
His conditioning just isn't built for that. At the end of the day Floyd will always outlast the other guy in the ring. While your there throwing a combination he will be conserving his energy and catch you with something clean right when your most vulnerable.
It might seem a "gimmick" if he did it just once on 24/7, or a couple of times (where HBO might have edited them together from further apart) - but he's been doing it pretty much regularly over the last 2+ hours. :nut
Why cant we just appreciate an elite athlete working his damn butt off on a livestream to give us fans the great fights we want to see?
I haven't seen a Pac live workout. But I get the impression Floyd works more constantly at a lower intensity level with less break time, but Pac works at a higher intensity level with more break time. Neither is necessarily better or more difficult. Just different... Others could probably better answer your question, though.
I'll look into that, thanks. :good My left foot & right knee are both ****ed up, so I'm not sure those will ever be "easy" for me...but hey, anything that might help. :yep
Yeah like I said he's an endurance machine, but so is Pacquiao. Pacquiao does a lot of explosive training / plylometrics though. Floyd is more old school I guess, but he really should train to throw combinations, it's a gaping hole in his game imo.
