Well he is IMO, tho of course it's a big title. I really do believe he's the one tho. Noway does a Mosely hit as hard. Hits harder than Duran too for mine, tho Duran is a superb puncher at 135 obviously. Ike Williams is in the mix but i just like Rosario in this.

Rosario was a terrific smooth boxer-puncher early in his career before he fell in love with his power.

A waste of talent, relatively speaking of course.

since this turned into a Rosario Thread, what are the fates of other great PR fighters, to go on another tangent.

I was thinking a guy like Ike Williams. In terms of pure power, someone like Jimmy Carter is right there.

Top 5 for me would be (in no order):

    Lew Tendler
    Ike Williams
    Alexis Arguello
    Edwin Rosario
    Roberto Duran

But fighters like Oscar de la Hoya, Shane Mosley, Tony Canzoneri, Jimmy Carter, Carlos Ortiz, Esteban DeJesus, Billy Petrolle, Henry Armstrong, Joe Gans, Beau Jack, Roger Mayweather, Jose Luis Ramirez, Jimmy Carter, Julio Cesar Chavez are in the discussion too.

I still remember when an older Livingstone Bramble gave
one of my fav prospects ever back in '91 Oba Carr on the great show (R.I.P.)
"Tuesday Night Fights" Bramble gave Carr the fight of his life.
    (Disputed on cards no doubt)
