    14.00 23/6-2013

    3x3min skipping rope, 1min rest/stretching between the rounds
    1x3m bouncing a tennis ball (like basket ball but boxing stanced)
    2x3m shadow boxing

    3x2m on the sack with focus on good combinations

    A few minutes on the test bike and streaching

    Was just going to play around with a football with a friend but after an hour we got challenged to a match. 2 hours later I'm dead. Im trying to streach but i can't without getting cramps.

    I think football (soccer some of you might call it) must be ultimate training for boxing. At least if you read around here at ESB. You sprint for short distances, you run backward, you sidestep, you don't set the tempo and last but not least you really have to keep your head and think even though you're dead tired. If it wasn't for the 50% injury risk of playing it really would be ideal.

    I think i'll cancel my run this night.

    5x3min shadow boxing, some rounds with 0,5kg.
    5x2min heavy bag

    6km run. Tried to push myself the whole distance. Not max but no jog.
