17.00 25/6-2013 Was just going to play around with a football with a friend but after an hour we got challenged to a match. 2 hours later I'm dead. Im trying to streach but i can't without getting cramps. I think football (soccer some of you might call it) must be ultimate training for boxing. At least if you read around here at ESB. You sprint for short distances, you run backward, you sidestep, you don't set the tempo and last but not least you really have to keep your head and think even though you're dead tired. If it wasn't for the 50% injury risk of playing it really would be ideal. I think i'll cancel my run this night.
