I've read it in articles but that again is down to the journalist and his/her sources. Which could be reliable or plucked out of thin air. Here's two I just googled that mention the guarantee. Give no sources but say Bob Arum mentioned it, where I dont know press conference personally to journalists. Your guess is as good as mine unless theres a recording

It could be the truth not sure how stringent the commissions rules are. But for tax issues who knows what these guys show and really earn. I can't say either way, it's just speculation on my part as it sounds like a poor deal if thats all he gets. But then there is the PPV and maybe this is the base he's agreed
