The promoter "guaranteeing" the boxer his purse. That's all it is. It's all for show really being this is Pacquiao and Floyd, and their fights are essentially no-risk type of ventures.

Just look at the ticket and PPV prices in PACs and FLOYDs fight. It's just the same and they generate the same amount of money so how in the world would PACs team allow Arum to receive more than them.
