If most of Pac's earning is declared in the US he gets tax twice. the US takes their share and the Philippians will definitely take theirs. He doesn't gain a damn thing by declaring 20 or 30 million payment in Vegas cause that just mean a ton of tax he has to pay. The IRS will get their share of the PPV, the question is how is the moneymaking it to PAC in the Philippians. That is where the he got into trouble. The account book cooking.
