Big stink over nothing. His purse was listed 6M vs Marquez, was gauranteed 22.5M by TR and made 30M after PPV

    Nobody is cheating nobody.

The game of cat and mouse has been played with the tax office for along long long long long long time.

If corporations set up their own charitable instituion and then use that instituion as a tax refuge, isit illegal?

For example, the Mayweather Foundation actually gave out less than 100,000 dollars in 201 in actual charitable causes, yet claimed deductions close to 90 per cent of operating expenses for wages of their staff, promotional expenses, etc,did they cheat the tax office?

The answer is NO. It simply is allowed by the Tax office.

That is why Pac's purse is designed to reflect a low purse because the rest is paid through his own promotional company in which any revenue is taxed as a corporate earning instead of personal income.

And corporate expenses can be claimed as tax deductions. For example,if Pac buys a Ferrari, and then prints a logo in it, he can actually claim tax deductions for it because it is an expense used in the promotion of a fight, the whole Ferrari.

Pac does not owe the Philippine government tax because he paid for it already. They just did not agree on how much he should be paying. Just like you will always try to put tax deductions on your annual tax returns as valid -

Manny won't see the PPV revenue. He will get around 20m guarantee from Arum which he will get paid more or less up front and arum will keep the majority of the PPV revenue. He did this with oscar once, he asked him whether he would want a larger piece of the PPV share or a higher purse guarantee and oscar opted for the latter option. Once the ppv revenue was announced, oscar wasn't too pleased with Arum hence he left TR to setup his own promotional outfit.

Because they believe that Pac owes themmore than what he paid.

Is not what the Tax office always do?.

I don't know with the American Tax system, but disagreement on how much you have to pay is quite common. Especially since Pac is earning so much.

Any taxpayer would know this (of course you will probably never know because you don't have a job), you try to pay as little as possible within the limits of tax laws, while the tax office would want you to pay more, also within the limits of tax laws.

How much money you made in your last fight is not reason enough to say Pac does not deserve a 50/50 split. There are a several reasons I don't think it should be 50/50.

However Pac could have signed that deal to avoid losing tens of millions of dollars on the Floyd fight. It is like saying you would ride the bus before you would pay 10,000 dollars for a cab.

Pac ain't a citizen, he's has people around the tax thing.
May out of his supposed 30 mill will have to pay a third in taxes.
I'm interested in how much Manny has to pay the U.S. in taxes though.
