:huh His defense is doing the job out there, it's his lack of creativity as an aggressor that's leaving him with a seemingly uninspired performance.
You're either ignorant or a troll. Black doesn't automatically = slick. There was nothing slick about that dude.
Haha did you see how nervous he got when asked about Rigo."uhhh yea well if you have 3/4 belts that's close enough, Rigondeux umm maybe "
Yea..I caught that. Nishio ka is one helluva fight though. He gets through him and fights rigondoooooow, that will shut up the haters
I would actually favour Narvaez to come up and beat the best guys Rigo has beaten, thus far. Rigo's a great talent but he hasn't been tested against the kind of fighters Donaire has been. Donaire has had many spectacular looking nights against guys the level of Rigo's last...and several spectacular nights against guys far, far better, obviously. Let's not get carried away with the idea of Rigo before we get to see him against some better fighters in the pros.
All praise be to Bogotazo. :happy I get the point of the topic to be fair, though. Sometimes he showboats defense and gets shipped punches. Someones needs to put a tighter strain on Donaire. He's like a wild genius that lacks direction. Being fancy with a low guard works against a lot of folks but you wanted to fight a taller fighter Donaire. Get some discipline and keep your guard up, please. His defense is not so much the problem as you say though. Just to clarify.
