    Actually I'm feeling more like a 5.5.

1 for originality, but a solid 10 for suprise value.

Because he’s rich. It’s simple human hate nature and he didn’t cheat. Golovkin wasn’t effective enough for a victory. Canelo proved he’s the more versatile fighter and actually is a veteran compared to the timid-tentative Triple Excuse

You lose all credibility when you say "Saul is an ok fighter". He's obviously better than just OK to be on this stage to be such a big name in the sport. I'm against biased fanboys too, and there's plenty of them on here who are Golovkin fanboys claiming he won easily, it wasn't a close fight, etc etc etc. I had Canelo winning but I recognized how close it was, and more than that I recognize how debatable many of these rounds where as opposed to thinking that fight was easy to score. (it wasn't) That recognition makes me unbiased because if I was biased I would have said "Canelo won easily" or something to that effect. No, he didn't win easily, it was a struggle and he needed those Championship rounds to win.

Casuals and fanboys see a fighter throwing more punches and give him rounds without judging the quality of the punches. I've gone out of my way to respect the other side who had Golovkin winning but I don't see the same respect for me or anyone really who thought Canelo won. There's nothing wrong with having a disagreement over who won a fight but being able to discuss the bout and the rematch in a rational manner is what happens when there's a close fight. That to me is the biggest tell tale sign of someone being biased or a fanboy : resorting to namecalling and dumbing down the discussion rather than discussing the match intelligently. The fight was close enough to argue for either side, and if you can't respect the other side, then you're obviously a fanboy. Beacuse again if you were unbiased, like you claim you are (you admitted it was a close fight), then someone having Canelo winning shouldn't be such a ridiculous argument. Simply put = close in boxing means you can legitimiately argue for either fighter winning. So that said, if you're going to come on here and admit it was close, then don't just talk the talk but walk the walk as well when you hear somebody saying Canelo won don't just dismiss it as something that can't be taken seriously. Because if you dismiss that, then you must not think the fight was close, which you admitted it was.

El Pollo wanted the fight in Vegas because he can cheat there, he will own the judges, referee, boxing commisison, etc., that's why SOB Ward is picking El Pollo to win because SOB knows the corruption in Vegas, as he uses it.............

Can Yellow is a cuck and God forbid he wins this fight, even by a SD. His fans will be foaming.

GGG, please end this hypejob once and for all.

I never argued the fight was close nor does it bother me when people say Canelo won. You can check my past posts about this fight. After rewatching I've given both Canelo and GGG nothing but respect. TBH with you the one thing that upset me.. Not upset me lol this is a forum and about boxing if it upsets me something is wrong in my brain.. I do like arguing a bit though if not what fun would this be! however what did kinda annoyed me a bit was when you said GGG got a gift.. It was a close fight but no gifts in reality wethere you or whoever accepts it or not most people saw GGG winning the fight. I can se your argument for Canelo or whatever if you think hes the better fighter so be it. I dont think so but thats my opinion. but to say GGG got a gift when he was the one robbed of a close but IMO clear victory is just wrong. but whatever moves you man! Cheers!

lol me saying Golovkin got gifted a draw is no worse than those saying Golovkin was robbed. Like you said "it was a close fight", and in a close fight (especially a draw) thinking that one of the fighters deserved to win is pretty much the same thing as saying the other fighter was robbed or "gifted" a victory.

It seems to me that saying that someone is "gifted" a draw is less extreme than saying somebody was robbed. Everybody's entitled to their opinion and like you said arguing over who won a close fight is pretty much what forums are for, right? lol. So you can say Golovkin was robbed, I can say he was gifted a draw, at the end of the day it's subjective as to who really should have won. What we agree on is that it was a close fight and as such arguing either guy won is a perfectly legitimate stance to take, but yet it seems that my "unpopular" view of Canelo winning is often met with a lot of hostility.

Personally I thought both fighters could have fought better in the first fight, and I think both men will bring more of their A game to the rematch, which should lead to some fireworks.
