Golovkin has what, 13 title defenses now? It's doable.

    14. Lemieux
    15. T. Johnson
    16. Canelo
    17. Lee
    18. BJS/Eubank Jr

    (...2017, landscape changes... etc.)

...also points out Lemieux is the first Golovkin opponent with something to lose. :think

hes only got 6 or 7 really, the 2nd tier belt ones aren't defences.

however I wouldn't rule super 3G out, he might still do it.

I am Herols alter ego. I am rational about how great Wladimir Klitschko is and what a loser I am. I apologize for my horrible pollution on the forum for the last few years and strive to become a rational poster and productive member of society.

    Sure thing.

    John David Jackson
    Felix Trinidad
    William Joppy
    Glen Johnson
    Keith Holmes

Hopkins' resume takes a ROYAL dump on Bumlovkin's...

This is probably why he ducked 50 year old Hopkins but says he will fight him when Hopkins turns 53.

Expect JT to be given a shot at a belt in the near future if he avoids jail.

The best guy on this list is a fat welterweight. Everyone else is ok, top 10 level fighters. Pretty decent, almost as good as Gennady I suppose. Of course, Hopkins was older than Gennady for a few of those so I guess he wasted most of his prime.

You need to edit your post on the 5 favourite fighters thread and put Zaggers right at the top

The Executioner was such a terrible name for someone as boring as B Hop

    The Alien was just stupid

Bernard "The Spoiler" or "The Letdown" Hopkins would have been much more apt

    God what a bore

He did redeem himself a lot at the end of his career though, going the distance with that monster at the ripe age of 50. That single act atoned for a lot of his earlier disgracefulness
