Calzaghe will most likely move up to 175. This fight isn't happening.

We'll see a Dawson/Calzaghe match up before before we see him fight Pavlik.

Kessler didn't scare ZAG. Kessler hit ZAG with some great uppercuts, to no avail. Had Pavlik hit ZAG with left-right combo's, would ZAG still be standing? ZAG would be alot more concerned in this fight than the one with Kess. This will be a tougher fight.
Pavlik needs a couple of more good fights and then we will see.
Or maybe, bring it on, now.

Assassin...Capfunds...and any other doubters out there. Read & compute what Boo just said here. Calzaghe could never hurt Kelly...NEVER! It may be the most one sided slap-fest in the history of boxing, until KP finds his mark & its the same old story, down they go. Didn't you notice how freakin' cautious JC was the first few rounds against Kessler, until he discovered exactly how one dimensional Kessler was & all he had to do all night was duck under his right? That won't happen against Pavlik. All you Calzaghe fans feel the guy is unbeatable the same way I feel Kelly is. Nothing wrong with that.

    So who's right & who's wrong?

Oh yeah, Strike...you said you'll be pissing all over yourself the day Pavlik gets KO'ed. Well, **** YOU & don't hold your breathe waiting for it to happen, cause Joe knows to stay as far away from Pavlik as he possibly can. Just like he stayed away from so many other dangerous fighters during his long, BS 10 year reign. Beating a chump like Lacy & a guy who's only attribute is a good 1-2 won't mean **** should he ever have the balls to face a KILLER like Pavlik.

He might be good in the future but half of you wankers that are slating joe for fighting nobody are then declaring pavlik the man even though he has only beaten taylor and miranda. Some of you are too stupid to see you are clowning yourselves. Who the **** has pavlik koed at 168 to say he has great power there, or how has he suddenly become the hardest p4p puncher on the planet after a couple of wins.

I think it's stupid that people are now going overboard with calzaghe but who the **** has pavlik beaten to say he could ko joe within 9 rounds, seriously this is one of the stupidist things i have ever heard.

You still don't get it do you mate. Joe will get beatdown the same way Taylor did who by the way is a better boxer than Joe and Pavlik outboxed him clearly. Regardless of whatever you think Joe has it doesnt matter. Nothing sofar or in the near future will disrupt the "gameplan" of Kelly Pavlik. Cheers mate:good

No. That would be a mismatch... a fat, shot Tyson would kill you and grind your bones to make his bread.

Don't even try to degrade Kellys accomplisnments, when the arguement should should be "who the hell has Calzaghe
    This content is protected
    lately?"

Thats the major issue here. JC fights his way to a UD & Kelly KO's people. Tell me how Joe escapes?

Contrary to what some posters appear to believe, Joe is bigger, faster and more skilled than Kelly. (I'm a fan of both, Joe longtime, Kelly since he stopped Miranda).

Kelly KO's folks. So did Lacy, who is stronger than Kelly.

Did it do him any good when he faced Joe?

    He was embarrassed.

Kelly is very exciting to watch. I thought Miranda a bit overrated and picked Taylor to beat Pavlik. I was wrong, but not by much. Kelly lost most of the rounds and almost got KO'd in round 2.

Has Joe ever been in that kind of trouble?

    I don't remember it.

As I mentioned, Joe is bigger, stronger, faster and more skilled. At this point, it's a mismatch.

BTW, Kessler would also defeat the present version of Pavlik.

He will very probably be great at some point in the future, and he's well on his way, but he's not at the Kessler or Calzaghe level, YET !
