That's because they didn't tell him it was being stopped, genius.atsch Are you going to start acting like Radar now who used to claim that they had butterfly stitches on Vitali's eye before it was stopped?:rofl Even Joe Souza who was fired by the Klitschkos admitted that he had no idea the fight was going to be stopped. He said that he just saw Vitali jump up in anger and wondered what the hell was going on.

 

I usually have avoided this discussion over the past couple of years, because it is so played out by now. However, I figured I would ruffle the feathers for a bit tonight since the Klitschko Hate Squad is already so irritated over another Klitschko victory.

 

Lennox DID think that very thought.

For over a year he pondered it.

At the end of the day, he prudently decided to retire !

 

I think some of these keyboard warriors should get in the ring. Not with Vitali though, but with Gomez. Then we'll critique their performances. :rofl

Face it, the doctor quit on his behalf, you should all be grateful because if it wasn't for that doctor you wouldn't have seen that most entertaining fight this evening - VITLAY would most likely have come into the arena using a white cane if the Lewis fight had continued.

You can just feel the anger and frustration from those poor Klitschko haters as yet another fight goes by with yet another win by a Klitschko. They have really been in a world of annoyance and irritation since 2004.

And Lewis was going to get ****ed by Vitaly if the fight should continue, wasn't Lewis glad when the fight got stopped? He was way behind on scorecards!

And of course that Gomez was a tough challange! He had an amateur record of 158-12 and was WBC-champ in cruiserwight 98-02, a proffesional record of 45-1 with 35 KOes speaks for itself!

 

Considering Vitali not only had to fight Gomez but also two more very competent opponents going by the name 'Training Camp' and 'Atlas Curse', who both ruined a few good fighters in their careers, he did ok I think. You go in there and beat three opponents simultaniously...

 

Compare 37/38 yr old Vitali with 37/38 yr old Lewis. :hey

 

You know Suge,I don't know. I am not one of those that ever thought Ali was the best. I saw a 5' 9'' Joe Frazier, woop Ali, and after that, I never thought Ali was the greatest.

After Forman destroyed Frazier, THEN Ali fought Frazier again, a Frazier who I thought wasn't the same. Now, Ali is good, no doubt, but the way boxing is, the way you really have no idea what will happen, I wouldn't risk a million that Ali would beat both Klitschkos. I wouldn't bet for Ali that he would beat Lennox either. Boxing is a funny game.

Suge lives for the day that Vitali or Vlad loses a fight. I have never seen so much hate in all my life. Ken Norton gave Ali a lot of trouble, beat him a broke his jaw, Henry Cooper, etc. I love Ali, but Vitali or Vlad would have stopped him. It made me sick when Holmes beat Ali, really made me very depressed, but.....................

 

Okay.

Ali had been in with and beaten some of the best heavyweights in history. Sonny Liston, Joe Frazier and George Foreman, 3 of the top 10 of all time. Add Norton, Patterson, Ellis, Lyle, Quarry, Shavers etc. etc., and you have the resume of a brilliant champion. A 3-time unified champion in the greatest HW era in history, he'd become the most famous man on the planet by winning the hearts of the world with his courage in and out of the ring, he'd been a huge civil rights figure, and he was showing early signs of Parkinson's due to the beatings he took.

Vitali, at that same age, has done... what?
