carl froch is not even half the fighter that joe calzaghe is, yet he came to america and fought the best you have and KTFO taylor in his own backyard.

its like what i've been saying for a while on this forum, american boxing stinks of stale granny ****. you have nothing left and those fighters that are half decent you criminally over-rate them.

its about time you had a reality check and realise that your boys no longer cut it.

Taylor is the best we have?

was waiting for the ignorant euro posters to start posting ... didn't take long it seems...

Lets see him try and fight Chad Dawson or BHOP ....

Anyways, I don't like these Euro vs US threads.... they are pointless and do nothing. Why did you feel the need to make this thread? It really seems like you must have some sort of jealous inferiority complex toward the US.

    Don't have much?

    HMMMM ...

    Mosley
    Paul Williams
    Floyd Mayweather (coming back)
    Bernard hopkins
    Kelly Pavlik
    Chad Dawson
    Andre Berto
    Victor Ortiz
    James Kirkland

i could keep going.... I think the US has plenty going for it right now.

Obviously Taylor is not the best there is. He had TWO unavenged losses. And, Taylor was Froch's mandatory. His choice was between fighting and being stripped of his paper title. Next time -- try to keep up. Maybe you could start by following boxing.

The purpose of the internet is to allow a forum where Americans and Brits can terminally argue about who's best forever and ever. Where vanquished colonists can moan about getting their arse kicked, basically.

The internet does my head in sometimes.

theres a lot of talent like you said! not all uk/euro posters favour fighters from there nation, yeah fair enough personally i like to see the likes of hatton, froch, calzaghe etc do well cos im from the uk, but i also have a lot of interest in american fighters like pavlik, berto, and that kirkland looks like an exciting prospect. why can't we admire fighters for there ability not just their nationality theres too much uk v america shite on here!!!!
