You'll never convince anyone of this, Broner is naturally gifted, probably more than Crawford. But peoples' blind
hate for Broner will have them argue this point ad nauseum.

You can't really tell who is naturally more gifted at all though. It seems pointless to discuss. As it stands there is absolutely no way to determine this.

 

Soto was a faded fighter against Molina but he wasn't completely shot either. He was on a bit of a win streak coming in and gave Orozco a good fight after the Molina fight.

Molina is coming off a nice win over Provodnikov and has ko'ed some decent boxer-styled fighters in the past so he has a couple things going for him that make him passable as far as opponents go but he is a big underdog here.

I think the only question is does Crawford win by ko or wide decision.

 

When you talk about gifted athletes then you have to ask yourself, what does he or she do that sets them apart. Instinctively knowing what to do and how to operate in a situation where you have had very little training or direction. Broner has been fighting since he was five years old and he is still making mistakes that he should have rectified years ago. He couldn't adjust to Maidana or Porter. He fights one way and that's it. Now, he has excellent skills but he shows no signs of being gifted in any shape, form, or fashion.

 

Awful use of HBO's limited budget IMO. I know it's short notice, but Crawford will have gotten main event paydays against Lundy and Molina in a year where compelling fights on the network were few and far between.
