I did however pick him by mid-round TKO from bodyshots I admit.

I don't think Margarito has anything to worry Floyd.

Can you honestly say he's a more intelligent pressure fighter than a prime Castillo?

 

Margarito is basically a bigger, stronger, tougher version of Castillo. Floyd wants no part of that....to much risk and Floyd is about the farthest thing you can get from a real champion so we all know he'd never grow a pair and fight Margarito. Its a shame though because I think Floyd has the stamina and defensive ability to win a UD. But thats why I hate the guy cause he has the talent but refuses to give the fans who made him rich the fights they deserve to see. From the way things are looking though, he'll be broke in no time and be back in the ring.

 

PBF would school Margarito. I love how since Margo beat the midget Cotto (who quit) people here think he is unbeatable now. Williams beat him and would again and so would Mayweather.

 

He's bigger and stronger and tougher but he has no where near the skills Castillo had in his prime.

No however he is a bigger stronger puncher who is more relentless than Castillo. He is also very good at cutting the ring off and a brutal body puncher. I think he can cause Floyd some problems.

 

The promblem with your analysis Pimp is that it focuses wholly on Floyds strengths and Margo's weaknesses rather than a balance of each on both fighters.
We KNOW Margo's flaws,but Floyd capitalising on them,whilst also nullifying Margo's assets sufficiently enough to win, is a different thing altogether.

We dont think he could,but we'd love him to try and prove us wrong.

 

The same thing was said before he fought Gatti, Baldomir, DLH and Hatton. Yet when they fail it all goes back to Margarito, I really don't see how Margarito is far more skilled than those guys mentioned, especially DLH who was far bigger than Mayweather.

 

No, Margo has a solid Chin. Roy on the other hand has a horrible Glass Jaw.
