If Sergio Martinez can fight Macklin, Barker and Murray why can't Golovkin fight Lee? They are all of a similar level.

Besides, getting ktfo by the lhw Chavez jr who refused to have his gloves weighed and was shady as **** when it came to the post fight drug test, has mitigating circumstances. Lee had everything stacked against him that night and still ended the fight on his feet, in fact he's never even been knocked down in a fight. Also lets not forget he had just soundly beat Vera before that, the same Vera who Chavez jr just got a gift against. Lee is not that bad an opponent for Golovkin.

Barker and Murray were both undefeated and Macklin was coming off a close fight against Sturm. Don't forget that many thought Martinez lost to Murray which clearly shows you what quality opponent he was. Lee has done nothing since getting knocked out by Chavez.

Well Murray should have had a loss, Sturm beat him, actually had him badly stunned in the last round but due to the robbery of Macklin beforehand the judges saw fit to give Murray an undeserved draw. All I'm saying is Macklin, Barker, Lee and Murray are all on the same level and I can say this having followed all four from the start of their careers.

None of them are world level but they each have the potential to pull out a victory or at least a good performance against world level opposition.
