If there's one thing I would be prepared to put all my money on, it's that "Oh **** I've gone ****ed up here" never at any point flashed through Hopkins's mind.

That is simply not how a fighter with that amount of experience and years under his belt thinks anymore. Neither will Joe. It's a different mindset.

Someone that could suddenly lose all of their confidence and be quaking in their boots from nothing but a stare and a bit of cocky body language coming in their direction would not last a single pro fight, let alone the amount these two have had.

It's good to have fun with pre-fight boasting and banter, but in cold hard truth when you're talking about fighters like these their confidence is based on stern stuff indeed.

Oh yeah I remember Floyd was scared of hatton  Even Hatton believed Floyd was afraid of him ..

Are you guys from grade school or something, I doubt any fighter is afraid of another once the contract is signed .

you've kinda shot yourself in the foot if you think Joe was scared - that was typical Joe

and you know if. If Hopkins thinks looking serious scares Joe he's going to be in for a very very rude awakening my friends.

You're more than welcome to take me up on my offer:

Who cares about the weigh in. Lets see what happens tommorow. Sometimes the weigh in can matter...if you're Sonny Liston or George Foreman...but most of the time it doesn't mean ****.

Looks like Hopkins is gonna put the hurt on Calzaghe but hey, looks are not everything.

  12. Lol. I'm not the one abusing people mate. I just have cheerfully & slightly sarcastically undertoned posts that don't take things too seriously with regards to the sport I love whereas you a) clearly have too much pent up agression and b) are very rude and I suspect quite young. Bernard isn't your your blood brother; learn to relax.

Actually, Hopkins' infighting and sneaky tactics could very well have an influence on how this fight plays out. How will Joe respond to rabbit punches, kidney punches, fighting while in the clinch, cuts or swelling caused by illegal tactics? Will he lose his cool at any point? I'm picking Calzaghe by UD, but that being said, Hopkins is no easy test for anyone.

Try again, dude. All of the B.S. posturing and bravado at the weigh in has literally no influence on what will happen between those ropes tomorrow.

At the weigh in Bernard went forward and Joe pushed him back with his head.Joe looks very confidant while Bernard looks unusually subdued...Joe seems to have that never ending burst of energy inside thats always looking to come out.

You're a good guy, but this is the shitest post in one of ESB's more shameful recent weeks.
