    Hatton- # 1 140 lbs fighter
Delahoya- shot but was still 2-1 favorite and even uliuli picked him to KTFO pacquiao but now he does nothing but come out with the weight drained excuse:lol:
Diaz- WBC champ 1st fight at 135. At the time rank # 3 @ LW
JMM- # 2 P4P and WBC SF champ at the time
Barrera- past prime but only loss to JMM since the TKO loss to pacman in 2003
Solis- was just a tune up fight after 3 fights with morales
Morales- trilogy it was 1-1 at the time so this fight had to happen

Everybody has to take an easy fight every now and even cotto fought jennings after losing to margarito didn't he?

Ledwaba was considered the best 122 lbr when Pac defeated him. Barrera was the best featherweight when Pac first fought him. Hatton was the consensus top jr lightweight when Pac fought him. These three were regarded as the best of their respective divisions when Pac fought them but of course you disagree for your own reason.

As a Los Angeles resident and Laker fan, I'm ashamed to have any affiliation with the TS. Pac fights the best. Period. His opponents signed the contracts with expectations that they come in top form for the fight. Not Manny's fault some show up otherwise. If Manny beats Cotto, I'm sure the TS will have another lame excuse. Grow up man. Only losers in life make up excuses for everything. I think you've embarrassed yourself enough starting this thread.

Thats not the point, no fighter should inter the ring in that state. Oscar could have easily got him self killed. If oscar has faced a ligit welter or Jr middle it could have easily happen.

It is more logical than saying a boxer is bum without qualifying. Only idiots are capable of such, definitely worse than a *******.

You're right. It was a stupid act on the part of Oscar. He went to as low as 145 with still a month to go in an attempt to match Pac's speed.

Yes he was my friend. He ate like a hungry dog while training for Oscar to bulk himself up to the WW level by the time of the official weigh-in.

Jeff, you just honored me with that name. Thanks. I think you know that I know better but the situation calls for the use of that type logic and as I had said earlier, it was better than ascertaining something without even qualifying!:good
