Only managed to see a portion of the fight because Channel 5 blocked the other uploads.

If you think Tyson throws backhands rather than jabs, Hughie takes it to another level. He needs to cut that out, it looks embarrassing at times.

He boxed well but those flicking jabs did look weak. He'll need to put it out there with more snap in future when he fights someone decent.

If he did that against say Joshua or even Whyte they would walk straight through it no problem.

Yeah he slaps/shoeshines a bit too much.... But the kid is still growing, give him some time. However with that being said every now and then he does land those heavy, and MEAN ****ey -esque body shots. I think he has some power that will certainly show in coming years.

You could try and generate as much power you can in one jab.. then see how many jabs you can throw infinitely.. might give you the range.

No one can throw ram rods consistently infinitely for 12 rounds though..

I agree, but he's only 20 years old and is recovering from an illness of sort. One thing I will say is he's underweight for his height, he's listed as 6'6 I think 6'4.5 is more likely but he weighed in at 217 for the Arias fight. Which is far too light, he needs to work on his strength and size and hopefully his power will increase as a result.
