Im not a fan of the klitchkos,buy to suggest vitali is mentally weak is absurd. Especially coming from a guy that emplored his fighter to turn down a title shot cause he wasnt ready. Thats mental weakness imo very few fighters have turned down title shots due to being mentally weak

Teddy Atlas...the male version of oprah.

He needs to leave boxing alone and start a talk show. Too bad there is usually a 1 hour limit, he will just get warmed up the closing credits.

 

Borges and Atlas are close friends, as is case with many other writers, like Mike Katz, Wally Matthews, and others. Borges will always defend Atlas. Reason Teddy is so famous is not for accomplishments as trainer, it's cause he hangs with writers and leaks stories to some. ShannonBriggs has been only one I know of to cal them on it, video of him talking about Atlas was posted on here few months back, he also mentioned Atlas calling him in middle of night and just breathing into phone, not saying who he was. Atlas did not know of caller ID, Briggs said it was too weird.

Borges is such an Atlas fan he brags about how he got into fight with former Atlas amateur Ricky Salazar, who is guy Atlas fought with at Moorer weigh in years ago. Salazar, a former feathereight, had feud with Atlas after parting ways as amateur, then suffered severe broken cheekbone with two bones breaking in his face to to freak punch in sparring years later. After surgery, he tried comeback, despite doctors warning him. After a few fights, bones were re broken, he is reporter and publicist on boxing. He hates Teddy, good reason to--all through his injuries Atlas kept sending him word he was a coward.
Borges is as big a piece of **** as Atlas, the two deserve each other.
