    I hate the WBC and that corrupt slimy fat toad Sulaiman but this is actually something I've been calling for to happen for a number of years now so credit where credit is due. I've long suspected that many refs and judges have been abusing steroids/PEDs, especially across the pond, and hopefully this initiative by the WBC will act as a future deterrent and go someway to lowering the numbers of cheats there are out there who have hitherto been able to get away with abusing performance enhancing drugs with impunity.

    The idea could be that a drug addicted ref makes an easier official to bribe. Just trying to make sense of this; sounds like April fools really.
