Someone needs to strip K2 of their promotional license! They ruined the HW division and now they are onto middleweight :roll: :tired

 

I gotta agree, if he fights this guy, it's just woeful, not even gonna bother watching it.

 

If he has to fight Fletcher to keep his belt, he should fight him and face Geale 6 weeks later on HBO.

If he vacates his belt he won't get anybody especially top guys to fight him, its hard enough as it is. So while Fletcher isn't worthy as a HBO date, GGG is in a tricky situation.

 

no one was shitting on bhop when he chose to fight all his mandatories. either the titles mean something or they don't. i'll admit...i've never heard of fletcher...but u can't have it both ways.

 

this reminds me of when williams was going to fight ishida on hbo. fat dan and the rest of the pencil neck bloggers **** on williams and hbo for wanting that fight. ishida just came off of his upset win over kirkland and williams was coming off his ko loss to martinez. it was the perfect come back fight for williams but instead they forced the fight with lara instead. these guys are not match makers or promoters. why does hbo bend to fat dan and the rest of the shills. fcuk them.

Seeing all the hate and trolling over it wouldnt be so bad, if only more posters had the minimal level of intellect required to realize the hate should be directed at the WBA and not K2 or Golovkin.

But thats kind of like throwing 1000 monkeys in a room with 1000 typewriters and actually expecting them to produce Shakespeare.

Chavez Jr. ducks GGG and signs a contract so he won't be able to fight .. Golovkin's fault.

Sergio Martinez fights Cotto , who was beaten by Trout even though Golovkin calls him out for almost 2 years .. Golovkin's fault.

Felix Sturm ducks GGG and even gives his title away to avoid him .. Golovkin's fault.

Martin Murray ducks GGG three times in a row and suddenly disappears from boxing .. Golovkin's fault.

Carl Froch says he would never fight GGG .. Golovkin's fault.

Floyd Mayweather didn't even mention the name GGG after Golovkin's statement he will fight in 154, Guerrero was a better opponent .. GGG's fault.

Peter Quillin avoid GGG, has a big mouth and ducks him when he calls him out .. Golovkin's fault.

Did I miss someone? I am sure there are more .. who should he fight if everyone is ducking him?? If everyone avoids him he is supposed to fight bums like Proksa.

 

Fletch was stopped in two by a guy who couldn't crack a kinder egg.

This fight shouldn't be happening.

 

I'm amazed that he can't find guys to fight him. He's either not looking too hard or he really is THAT guy. I kinda think it might be latter.

This is only if the WBA doesn't give the exception which most people expect them to do........

 

Honestly I wouldnt be surprised if they didnt just go to 168 if WBA tries to force the issue.

Something not everyone realizes is that acting like they will comply could just be playing politics and making nice, since they are trying to get that exception.

The way not NOT get an exception would be to publicly slam/threaten the WBA . That being said, if WBA says Fletcher or Bust, then Chavez/Groves/Froch is likely on for Sept IMO then only do 160 again if they can get Martinez. Since making Martinez fight is all about money/lineal, and heck WBC wants to be the solo belt held by their guy anyhow. So ditching the WBA really wouldnt hurt in regards to getting the one fight at 160 they actually want.
