Joshua has one more belt now, so Wilder definitely deserves less than Parker.

Joshua has done all the hard work, Wilder has just fought top 50 guys and old men.

It is in this case.. GGG was right to turn it down and so was Wilder. You have no rebuttal here since you're a Hearns bumboy who'll take his side no matter what he says or does.

Hearn’s bumboy? You can’t even debate like an adult. Isn’t it past your bedtime?

Says the guy who shielded himself from my initial post because you knew it blew your argument apart. Adults don't run away from tough questioning like you just did.
Go suck on your pacifier , ok?

Sorry if this was already mentioned I didn’t read all the posts but the way I look at is and I was wondering what u guys thought is the money could really be just the final straw to this issue from wilders side. He has to go to England, he won’t get a fair shake on the scorecards and then he had to see how horrible the ref was in the Parker fight how can you blame the guy for not excepting a bs offer weather it’s a flat fee or a percentage. I think the flat fee is total BS and if I was wilders manager the only way I accept less the 35% is if the ref and the judges are neutral.

It think they should make it a percentage based on there last few fights takings.... This would be the fairest way to do it given their worth can only be based on what they have been taking..

Does anyone have the figures for their last few fight so I can work out the fair split?

Some of the comments on here are absolutely hilarious.

    I've really enjoyed reading them.

A lot of fans still haven't grasped the fact that this great sport is a ruthless business, which is controlled by ruthless businessmen.

Most fans have no idea how complex it is to deliver a fight of this magnitude. Not many people are privy to what happens behind the scenes. There's not just the PPV revenue to consider, there's the sponsorships and the TV rights etc from all around the globe.

A businessman in Shelly Finkle's position would never accept a flat fee offer on behalf of their fighter when it's the richest fight in the division, which would generate significantly more than a fight against the likes of Joseph Parker.

A businessman in Shelly Finkle's position wouldn't even consider accepting an opening offer from any promoter, no matter how lucrative it was.

For all of those people slamming Wilder, I can assure you that at this stage of negotiations, the decisions will be left in the hands of Shelly Finkle and the rest of his team.

Although Wilder is routinely mocked amongst the casuals on social media etc, they will pay in huge numbers to see him fight Anthony. And that's because he creates interest. He is unpredictable and exciting. He's a character. And they obviously want to see if Anthony can gain all of the belts in the division. This is a dream fight to sell to the public. And both Hearn and Wilder can sell this fight big. Wilder's antics will garner attention in a way that the respectable, soft spoken Parker couldn't. There'll be plenty of fireworks at the pressers and the weigh-in etc.

It doesn't matter what Wilder has and hasn't done in the past. And although people can rightfully state that that's unfair, it doesn't matter. It's not relevant. What's relevant, is that this is a super fight in the HW division. And a super fight obviously needs 2 fighters to make it. And fairly or unfairly, that's just the way it is. Wilder is in a position of power. He and his team don't have to do anything at this stage.

Anthony can fight other fighters instead for huge money, and Wilder can fight other fighters instead for peanuts. It doesn't matter. Because at the end of the day, Anthony simply cannot obtain the last piece of the jigsaw without fighting Wilder. Unless somebody else beats him, Wilder will always own something that he wants and needs. And although he could still make huge money against other opponents, unless he fights Fury, he can't make as much as what a fight against Wilder would generate. So despite the fact that he's the bigger star and he's got 3 of the main 4 belts, he needs Wilder. And Wilder and his team knows this. And the longer that Anthony goes without getting this fight, the more he'll want it. And the more frustrated he becomes, the more pressure he'll put on Hearn to deliver it. And the longer the fans go without seeing it, the more they'll want it. Because with Fury currently out of the picture, this is the only HW fight that really matters.

I respect that a lot of people are frustrated, and rightfully so. But in my honest opinion, I'm absolutely certain that this fight will happen in the very near future.

That is not an offer to fight, that is a sign of DUCKING, Joshua does not want to fight Wilder so they offered raw deal to make sure the fight does NOIT happen. It is a BS offer to mask his actual DUCKING.
End of Story, Joshua a PVSSY

It would take wilder 8/9 fights against his usual cans to earn that sort of money. There’s only duck here.
