He's beaten a handful of pretty good fighters, lost to a journeyman and then lost his one and only fight against a blue chip talent in Lopez. Certainly not enough to be called an all time great in my book.

That's because when Tank fights Loma, he will be washed or shot.. He's already 33 years old, no longer at his peak, so even if he fought him tomorrow, he already has missed the mark on beating prime Loma.
I personally hope that Loma doesn't even give Tank a chance, fight one or two easy guys, cash out on some other big fight and retire. The last thing I want to be normalized (which it arguably already has been) is for up and comers to start waiting around for champs to get old.
