    Zurdo is getting paid alot for a tune up. If he was defending his title at 168lb then you can justify his purse. But this is a tune up at a higher weight.

    even most world champion boxers make **** money, compared to other sports. between that fact and the beating you take, can anyone wonder why boxing gets the c-d grade athletes?

    Boxing is not for athletes, and I don't think athletes particularly excel at boxing. I'm not sure anyone selects boxing or football or whatever when they're younger because of how much money they can make.
