Didn't say that at all. Just pointed out that Nakatani is taller than Pedraza with a better jab, and a solid right hand, and in my opinion, Nakatani would beat Pedraza. So Lopez had a tough time. Lomachenko had a tough time with Pedraza, and Linares. It happens sometimes.

I don't need him to prove anything. The Loma fan needed some solace, so he looked for an excuse as to why Loma didn't look good. He cited the shoulder injury. I simply called it speculation, as the should was repaired, and Loma himself said it was fine. Funny how forum members pick and choose when to use injury excuses and what not. Shoulder injuries are common with boxers. Vernon Forrest fought with an injured shoulder for years and couldn't throw left hooks like he wanted to. Nobody made excuses for him though.

Loma had tough fights with them because he injured his shoulder. Linares is a veteran and vastly-experienced boxer. I've been following him since his featherweight days in his indirect rivalry with Chris John and Robert Guerrero, and that was over a decade long. Prior to his defeat to Loma, he is the Ring champion and the one that Mikey Garcia avoided. But still, Loma defeated and stopped him with only one functional arm. And Loma didn't struggle against Pedraza, he couldn't fully use his injured arm and yet managed to bring Pedraza down twice. Can Lopez beat those two guys with the same arm condition Loma suffered ?

Loma is small guy in 135, but yet in all of his three world championship fights in this weight class, he still knocked each one of them down. And that big brat Lopez couldn't even budge Nakatani of all people.

    Amazing how you overrate Lopez.

 Garcia never avoided Linares. Linares lost to Antonio DeMarco, and some other guy, then went on a Felix Strum esque tear, fighting Domestic and Euro level opposition, while defeating no top level opponents. Linares was solid but not that good as was highlighted by the whoopin he received immediately after Lomachenko. Loma won clear, but it was a highly competitive bout, as Loma's face suggested post fight. Here we go with the 5'7 inch fighter being a small guy for 135. It's okay for Loma to fight 122, and 126 pounders, but let him fight someone in his actual weight class, and the excuses spew forth. Tank made Pedraza his *****. Loma has a full 12 rounder where he was touched up at times.

I'm not over rating Lopez. He would beat the **** out of Linares, and Pedraza. I'm just saying he would be Loma's best opponent to date. You Loma ball gobblers make excuses for everything, he's too small. The mother ****er is 5'7 and built like a tank. He's not small for lightweight at all.

He DID. Golden Boy offered him the fight for 50:50 pot and he turned it down. Read the story, take your pick.

    https://www.espn.com/boxing/story/_...-hoya-hopeful-bout-jorge-linares-mikey-garcia

However, he chose to unify against Easter Jr., a relatively easier fight and for bigger percentage of pot money.

Back to Lopez again, how the hell are you so sure Lopez can beat Linares or Pedraza ? He never face someone as quick and highly skilled as Linares, or someone as smart and precise as Pedraza.

Why would Garcia take 50/50 with Linares? He said to the effect that there wasn't enough money for the fight.

Because I saw Cano make Linares his ***** in one round.

Why? That fight hasn’t happened and most people who understand boxing would pick Lomachenko.

Not to mention that Pedraza fought in a different stance, weight class and style than in the Tank fight. Loma won every round against an optimal Pedraza while he was in a less than 100% state, while Tank lost rounds and got beaten up in some rounds against that compromised version of Pedraza. Yet people look at those results for a comparison between Tank and Loma?
It just goes to show that people look at results on boxrec instead of watching and understanding fights, and the relevant factors for each match up.

Sure lomachenko is a better boxer than teófimo, but if I were loma, I wouldnt laugh too soon. Loma has not a very good chin actually, and teofimo CAN punch. It would be wise to wait until the fight ends, with lomas jaw... one punch, and it will be loma the one crying on daddy's lap all night. You cant have a big mouth if you dont have a big chin, because of the odds, you know? there is always an odd to receive a punch, no matter how good you are. If you are chinny... it's only a matter of time... a matter of how many times you roll the dice.

Plus, teófimo at least is 21 yo, it's normal to have your dad by your side being so young, to give you some advise.

What's loma's excuse being 31? I bet his wife is fed off his father in law, she probably cannot even **** properly. Dude, loma, 31, dude, time to fly!
