I've seen both of them fight and analysed their amateur fights too btw. I think Lomachenko would beat Rigondeaux. You do realise that it will be a PURE BOXING match, rather than shoe-shining (GRJ) and aggression-based point scoring (Salido), so it will be all about them clean shots, right? Salido even after Lomachenko's maladjusted performance against him said that Loma's a better pure boxer than Marquez, Gamboa and Garcia. Loma still has some pacing strategy issues to sort out, it is a little manufactured, so it's going to be a close fight, although I definitely pick Lomachenko to win it.
What a badass, to think some fighters have the cheek to call themselves WBA champion''s when others hold the real belt, Lomo actually holds a world title and still has that mentality very refreshing.
He's not really that good ,once he faces someone with power and throws creditable bodyshot he's a goner. I guess now he'll fight Danny Garcia type fights from here on out.
Damn, that's an attitude more boxers should have. It's a shame Salido won't give him the rematch he deserves, but I don't necessarily blame him for seeing the writing on the wall. There's no way he wins a follow up fight with Lomachenko, and he knows it.
Has there ever been a boxer before with a mentality like lomachenkos? His a breath of fresh air I don't know how you couldn't like this guy
i wonder if his paychecks start doubling would he change? Most fighters do, hope he doesnt fall into that lane later.
