There are tons of them out there who didn't just aggressively call for Loma to man up and stop ducking their living breathing god, P4P king, and absolutely untouchable magician between the ropes Rigo, but were utterly convinced that Rigo was the one who was going to expose that hype, break his face, and lay him out on his back and that there was no goddamn way in hell Loma could beat their messiah and this is despite seeing what Loma had done to GRJ and Walters who they rated extremely highly and the vast majority of them also picked to whoop his ass.

They're totally shameless acting like all the words that came out of their mouths beforehand and the predictions they made were spoken by someone else and they still try and blag it even though it's all documented on video or in print and they can't do the alt thing where they can just return with a new handle and pretend like they never predicted all those fighters to whoop Loma's ass.

Lomachenko is a great fighter! He is not better than Rigondeaux though! The Jackal is probably the best p4p in the world. He is a machine! Any of us that have boxed, watched boxing extensively, or been around boxers in general, understand how dominant and talented Rigo is.

This all boils down to Bob Arum being afraid that Rigo is gonna destroy another one of his rising starts like he did to Donaire! Donaire was coming off 4 KO win streak and after Rigo beat his a$$ he hasn't been the same! All this "I don't need him" is simply what Bob Arum is putting in Lomachenkos head so that he doesn't push TopRank to get him a fight that could potentially ruin his career!

When a fighter says "I don't need him" it means its too risky of a fight to take. The fans will need to start demanding the fight and the media will have to start asking the tough questions.

Honestly, this is one of my biggest beefs with the boxing HOF. It's a fraud. There are almost no standards, it's basically a popularity contest. When you have guys like Barry McGuigan and Arturo Gatti in there, it really makes a mockery of what this SHOULD be about - honoring THE best in the history of a particular sport, not just any popular fighter.
