Glad you like Loma but until he wins titles in 5 weight classes and beats guys that outweigh him 15-20 lbs you can not declare him better than Floyd.

He can declare him better than Floyd once Lomachenko continues to establish himself at elite level, but not necessarily greater.
Lomachenko doesn't have to rise in weight classes to be considered greater than Floyd.
It's also much easier feat for primarily defensive fighters, especially the ultra conservative ones that border on being a farce like Mayweather.
That's why Duran's career is highly lauded and is seen as a Top 10 GOAT career.

Lomachenko has done so much already in just 7 fights, each of these wins mean more than a fighter with many pro fights, getting those wins - pros is a different construct.

How many WBC lineal titles has he won? The WBO is not going to get it done on the comparison scale

He has won absolutely zilch. I don't consider his victory over GRJ as equalling that of Muangsurin's lineal title, either.
Having said that, GRJ did become the current lineal FW champ, straight afterward.
I may say it does equal the record for the sake of rhetoric.

This is why I don't really want Loma to fight for the Lightweight title within 10 fights (unless it's against the lineal champ).

I just want the best fight the best, and these 'belts' unfortunately get in the way of that.
