Let's be completely honest, people are too scared to form opinions on fighters unless they have proven themselves against top opposition.

Until then, in the boxing world, people refrain from judgements. Saying Loma beats Floyd or vice versa is not a worthy discussion now because Floyd has proven himself at 130 (as the second greatest SFW ever), and Loma has only had one fight.

But Lomachenko absolutely is at least more 'skilled' than PBF and more 'attacking', which is the answer to this thread.

I don't believe that to be the case at all.

At 130 lbs, Mayweather housed a record of 27-0 with 20 KO's. The one guy he was constantly compared to stylistically was Ray leonard- and that repetitive comparison was solely for FLoyd's offense. He was also known as a guy who would go for the kill if he noticed his opposition was stunned. He fights/fought in a completely antithetical manner since he left the lighter weights- specifically 140 lbs.

Loma is a wonderful fighter and very skilled, but if we want to say his offense usurps that of FLoyd's, than let's see how he'd fight at WW against men naturally larger than him. He started 1 division below Floyd professionally, so if he's as great as some make him out to be he should have no problem venturing north a few divisions and testing his greatness.

****ing re****. By the time he had 30 fights he had beaten Hernandez, Manfredy, Chavez, Carlos Hernandez, Corrales Juuko and was a 2 division champion beating lineal LW champion Castillo in his 28-29th fight as a pro... geez you're an idiot!:patsch

floyd and loma are not the same size

Loma is much smaller better to say lets see him fair at 135 that would be the equivalent to what you meant

Numerous weight classes is not the only route to ultimate greatness. It's very easy to forget that.
Also, Loma's style typically would not allow him to rise up the weights as much as a primarily defensive fighter, especially someone as conservative as Mayweather.
Lomachenko was small compared to his opposition at the Olympics, let's not talk about welterweight.
That's why fighters like Duran are UNANIMOUSLY seen as one of the Top 10 GOATs.

Amateurs have no bearing to what a fighter does at pro, it's irrelevant. This is one of the worst examples of reaching that I have ever seen. I feel embarrassed for you actually. GGG's resume and PBF's resume are not even in the same Galaxy and like I always tell GGG fans, stop bringing up PBF when discussing GGG, he does nothing to help your argument. One is the best fighter of this era and the other has yet to beat a fighter of note and is 34, let that sink in.:deal

    amateurs have no bearing?

one of the reasons why Loma is highly regarded was because of ams record
