He's only done so once, against Rigo who begged for the fight, as did his fans, who waged a protracted campaign on social media trying to goad and humiliate Loma to fight him and accused him of ducking him like crazy and predicted he was going to destroy Loma and expose that hype

The only other fighter who came up in weight to fight him is Marriaga and he weighed 2lbs less at 126 than Loma did at 130

He's very rarely been the bigger man in terms of weight, has only had a significant weight advantage twice, has been the lighter man most of the time, has been at a significant weight disadvantage like 11 times, has only had a reach advantage once IIRC, has been at a significant one loads of times, been giving away a significant weight and reach advantage in many of his fights, so much so no other fighter in the P4P top 10 is giving away the kind of physical advantages he is routinely and that includes Clenelo and Usyk who has only had four fights at HW. Even for almost all the fights bar a couple where he did have a weight advantage it was only by 0.5 or 1lb or so

Loma at 135 is giving away way more weight than Clenelo is at 175

GRJ 138lbs - Loma 138.5lbs

But Floyd and Manny moved up more divisions doe

They keep comparing him to fighters who turned pro in their teens and ignore the fact that he was 25.5 y/o when he turned pro and when he was like 17 was all the way down at the lowest weight division in amateur boxing same day weigh ins

'Atomweight (also referred to as light minimumweight, junior strawweight, junior mini-flyweight and pinweight'

Lightweight is like 8 or 9 divisions above that weight IIRC

And both Floyd and Manny are bigger than Loma and I'm not talking about height. Floyd also has a huge 72'' reach advantage and was very rarely at a reach disadvantage, let alone a significant or huge one like Loma often is. Manny weighs about 10lbs more than Loma

Yes Floyd fought a three division heavier Clenelo at a catchweight and who he had a inch and a half longer reach than

But Loma is fighting a fighter next who not only weighs three divisions more than him next, who has a near 6'' reach advantage on him, is slick, and in their country very likely with a home ref and three home judges

Everyone he fought in his first Olympics, World Amateur championships, and European championships was older than him

This is coming from Rigo fans who begged Loma to fight him, spent months accusing Loma of being a coward and ducking him, picked Rigo to destroy him and then when Loma toyed with him like he was a rank novice they acted like all the words that came out of their mouths were spoken by other people and all we heard were excuses about size and how Loma still to this day ain't fought anyone even though his resume craps on most of their current favs

From Haney fans who has literally never fought a champion close to his size and who is much/way bigger than all of the ones he has fought, even the only prime world champion who was a champ at 135 he fought.

From Twink and Spence fans whose resumes are full of fighters dragged up in weight or who came up in weight. You can't make this **** up. He's routinely doing things their current favs have literally never done or only done rarely but they're crucify him for doing things he's rarely done and they do often

I never understood why so many vividly despised Loma. He tried to get to world level as fast as possible and was hated for it. Then there was a lull period in his career so he decided to move up in weight. And as he could not get anything meaningful done at 130, he then again moved up and has been trying to fight the best in the division since then. Yet people give him **** non stop.
0 credit. No praise for clearly being the smaller man.

He hasn't made 126 in a long time but I'm sure he could do it if he really wanted to. It's not like he was having to walk around in sweatsuits all the time, starve himself like crazy and live on a rabbit food diet, strip butt naked on the scales, ever miss weight even by an 0.5 ounces, was throwing up in elevators and almost feint at weigh ins, and looked like skeletor on crack to make 126 and go to the lengths loads of other fighters have to do to make weight. I'm sure it wouldn't be easy getting back down to 126 now at his age but tons of fighters are cutting way more weight and reydrating a lot more after weigh ins. 130 would be a piece of **** for him.

One of these is a 118 pounder, the other a 135 pounder

Like how Manny weighed roughly the same give or take a pound or two in his mid-late 30s-early 40s at 147 or higher as he did way back in 2008 down at 135. I kept hearing from his fans how he could make 135 because he weighed roughly the same at 147 a decade later as he did back then at that weight

They say the same about Floyd too

So you're saying Inoue must've weighed at least 5lbs pounds heavier for his more recent fights at 118 than he did five years ago at that weight? He weighed 131 for his first fight at that weight in May 2018. So he was coming in at 136 or more and he will obviously be even heavier than that at 122? Why's he picking on little Cool Boy Steph then I though he was supposed to be much bigger than him?

Bro at one point Loma was the most overrated boxer on this forum. I agree since his loss to Teo he’s become underrated but don’t act like he wasn’t sucked off one period.

He earned it but people were acting like he was better than May, Pac, etc. No one gets that type of hype and that was undeserved!

CERTAIN idiots have hated Loma because during his mid to late 20’s he was hands down the most skillful boxer on the planet. And it was obvious. Quite frankly Loma’s speed and skill spooked the **** out of them.

I still think they haven’t gotten over the Walters and Rigo dominant performances. Literally knocking the fight out of two guys and making them give up in front of millions Those two guys were supposed to “Break that boy jaw” remember?
