I just think Crawford is overrated, seriously who has he beat? Gamboa who barely scraped a win vs Sosa who got absolutely annihilated by Lomachenko. Yeah, Gamboa is older etc but still 35 is not an age at which fighter gets so much worse. When you look at Bud his best wins are Indongo who got a KO fluke over Troya and Gamboa who beat absolutely nobody in his career. Now Crawford moved up to a talented division, I believe he will be dominated at 147, hope he proves me wrong, it might seem like I'm a hater but I actually like Bud as a person. If Loma and Bud are ever to fight, I think Loma would toy with him, the size difference isn't that massive, seriously. I can't see anyone under 147 beating Lomachenko, Mikey Garcia hype reminds me a lot of Loma Walters, where a lot of people said Loma will get stopped. Garcia is an amazing fighter, I rate him highly but Lomachenko is out of this world, he is the Messi of boxing, maybe even better, the only thing about Loma is that his chin is not proven yet, if Lomachenko has a Golovkin chin then he will retire as the best boxer of all time.

Mikey over Thurman, Spence is a toss up. I personally rate Mikey higher than Spence but I have no beef with people who think Spence is better, they're both good boxers.

Both Spence and Thurman better than Linares though.

I do agree that Loma is once in generation type of talent, still it's a big call to say that he will toy with Crawford.

Loma does not want to go up yet and he said something like this: "We do not know, this is another weight category, for me it's big guys." If I go up in lightweight, I'll feel the same as Rigondeaux in a fight with me"

Out of those options Lomachenko beating Garcia. Thurman ain't better than Spence, in fact Brook would also beat Thurman

Crawford is too big for Loma now... Don't see Crawford moving back down to 140 and don't think Loma would ever test the waters at 147 with the current crop of WW's there right now. This fight might just be a Dream Match that will never happen.

Linares is the easiest path. Then Thurman. Then Garcia. Then Spence.

Bud's going to have a heck of a time with Spence. Bud is evenly matched with Thurman.

Loma will have a challenge with Garcia but I think he has the tools to decision him. It's a close fight. Robert Garcia may be the difference.

Crawford beating Spence and Thurman is way more impressive, especially the former. Spence is a P4P contender, but that aside, both guys have bigger frames than Crawford and amazing KO power in their division, which is a division higher than Crawford is used to. Loma lost to Salido because of his weight advantages. Crawford basically has to deal with the same weight disadvantages during these fights, even if they do pass weigh-ins. If he can add those wins to his resume, there's just no doubt he's #1 P4P. Even now, I consider him so.

Loma is a master technician, and he may very well easily beat Mikey Garcia. However, how will he stack against bigger guys with naturally strong body frames and immense KO power? This is questionable.

Lomachenko beating Garcia would be better imo.

If he was to beat Linares then I'd have to go with Crawford beating Thurman as the better win.

    All excellent fights/match ups though.

I think Loma's style will be beat Garcia pretty easily TBH. Garcia reminds me so much of JMM style and each time JMM fought a slick fighter (Norwood, Mayweather, Bradley), he lost. Garcia does everything nearly textbook perfect but the problem for him is he isn't very athletic. Loma's footwork and speed will befuddle Mikey IMO.

Linares might have a slightly better chance than Garcia because I think he has more natural talent but his chin isn't all the great and gets cut up pretty easily. I'll take Loma by stoppage.

As for Crawford, I doubt Thurman KTFO. I'd take Crawford in that fight, probably in a rather boring contest. Spence-Crawford would be interesting. I'm still not completely sold on Spence and I think Crawford beats him.

Really I'd love to see Crawford-Loma. I try breaking that fight down in my head and I'm not sure who wins it. Crawford does have the size advantage but I think Loma is quicker. It would be a great fight for sure. At the end of the day, I think Crawford might be too big for him though (kind of like Rigo/Loma). I think Loma would need to fight a near perfect fight to pull it off. Possible but I think Crawford wins it (the fight will probably never happen).

I do think Loma and Crawford are the two best P4P in the sport (along with GGG).

The size difference between Loma and Garcia is probably bigger than between Crawford and spence.
Crawford can carry 147 easily having rehydrated close to 160 each time.
Thurman just had a close fight with a former 140pounder in Danny Garcia and Spence beat a shopworn Brook.
These fights are very winnable for Crawford.
Loma put on less than 10 pounds on fight night.

I think Loma has an easier time with either Garcia or linares than Crawford with Thurman or spence.

Lomachenko has just moved up from 126 to 130, Crawford is moving up to 147, then he even said he will move up to 154 and perhaps even 160. Crawford will not wait for Lomachenko to come up that high. Lomachenko does not have the frame for that much weight.............one day Lomachenko might be able to move to 140 later one, but 147?! I hope not.......................however, he is so good technically that he could surprise a lot of fans...............esp. with the footwork, but probably too much weight to move like that.................there are weight divisions for a reason..................pretty soon fans will be calling from Lomachenko to fight Joshua!

Crawford beating Spence would be the greatest of the options. Spence is better overall than Linares and only the power makes Garcia more threatening. But more importantly, Crawford beating the top two challenges available to him is a greater accomplishment than Loma beating the top two challenges available to him because Loma's better than Crawford, and Crawford's therefore in with more threatening challenges for him.
