was there 2nd weigh-in the day of the fight?

or salido not allowed to go over a certain weight on fight night?

watching the fight, loma\s punches clearly had no effect on salido.

on the ohter hand, seems he is hurt by any punch salido threw, not even counting the low blows?

i think if the weights were reversed, loma would blow salido out the water.

He took the financial penalty and forfeit the title to not try to make weight on a second attempt.

Loma did effect Salido when he threw but he barley threw. SHould;ve did what he did in the 12th round long before then

Re-gardless I expected Loma with all his world class boxing experience to adapt and out box the slower Salido, regardless of the weight disadvantage.. But on the other hand, Solido is a seasoned pro with over 50 pro fights and is a 2x world champion. So to take on such a deep fighter in only his eight pro fight, says a lot abut Loma fighting expertise.

He had Salido hurt in the 12th round. Salido could not land on his chin but a few times, did not bother Lomachenko. Hell, even all the low blows did not stop Lomachenko, on the legs, hips, balls, etc. The weight helped Salido, but if the fight had been for 15 rounds he would have knocked Salido out, the opposite of what I thought. Lomachenko did not run out of gas. He will become a good champion...........

you cant throw many with that many body punches he was receiving.

salido clearly abandoned defending his face and just threw everything downstairs, like 80pct of his punches.

salido knew he can take loma's punches early on.

12th round was a result of salido's tiring up more than loma's doing. he even started clinching in the 11th.

had loma traded early on, he gonna get ktfo.
