It would put Lomachenko in a similar position as Marciano against Louis, Holmes against Ali, Tyson against Holmes, Pacquiao against Oscar etc.. Its winnable high profile fight and the bank is big.

It would be easy to put togther given the fact that both boxers have a relationship with Arum.

But but pac is old loma don't want old guys

Kidding aside he should take it provided he makes weight safely coming up or at least a catchweight. I really don't see how it's a no benefit fight for loma.

Loma should not move beyond 135, he alredy looks to be at his limit, moving up any further would hamper him

If he could get it at 140, at the end of 2019, I think it would be a good idea for the money an to get involved in PPV, it would easily be a million sells. But with a clinical victory, he might just get mayweather to fight him at 140, to me that would be the real hidden value of the fight. One thing I saw in the linares fight was he can fight a big man an dominate, the cards at the time of the ko had the fight close, but besides that flash knockdown, I really saw it as a one sided fight, an the smaller fighters(Loma) domination of the bigger fighter (Linares). I want to see how much power he gets back in his next fight, he no question was hitting harder in linares fight, then of course surgery followed. But if he had the pop in this last fight as he did in liners fight, I think we see a different out come, an a late stoppage. But Manny fight would be a tough fight, an not a given, cause Manny would come in at 140 but no question blow up at fight time.

Pacquiao would stop Lomachenko. And rather easily.

Similar to the deal Manny worked with Oscar they can negotiate a catchweight here and push Pacquiao lower. . . .Pacquiao will do nearly anything because he spends or gives away all of his money after every fight and always needs the cash.. . . Lomachenko can dictate the terms.

I think Lomachenko should take it, it’s an easy win and makes his name bigger. I respect his character and integrity for the sport by not wanting to beat a faded legend, but it can be a stay busy fight to put more food on his family’s table. He doesn’t need to put weight on, stay where he is and let Pac weigh in at 140 or whatever. If he gives away extra weight it will also mean the win comes across as being more valid, it’s win win.

I would rather agree at this point. Even if at 140. Definitely not at 147.
