If Bob can't get Commey in the ring or work something out with the WBC I suspect Lomas opponent in September would then be Felix Verdejo... Who was thought of by some as maybe going to be the next Puerto Rican star a couple of years back, but hasn't really looked the same since his motorcycle accident.. He was Ko'd in his first loss last year, though he got a semi decent win last time out over Vasquez, it wasn't a spectacular performance but he got the job done. He's a talent for sure but like so many other talents have found out in the past, you need more than natural talent sometimes.. Are we quick to right guys off after one loss & would you be hugely disappointed with this fight? He's still only 25...
