He didn't have a win over a top 15 opponent at that weight, and got stopped in one round by someone who was supposed to be a walkover, he never did much at the weight. But he's gonna be competitive against someone with elite timing, combination punching, footwork and an excellent chin? Khan throughout his career showed he could be timed by slow guys.............so a quick guy with timing is certain disaster for him. I don't give him much of a shot.
Loma would find Khan’s chin which is key to stopping Khan and the difference in ring generalship is like night and day. Loma wins relatively easily without complications.
I don't think Breidis Prescott was seen as a push over, he was puncher with a high KO percentage. Khan at that point in his career had been dropped and hurt by Euro level fighters, so it was a very dangerous fight for Khan at that point. As for this match up Loma by late stoppage.
Why are people acting like this isn't competitive? Loma isn't a huge puncher and he struggled against Campbell, surely we rate Khan over Campbell right? Khan has a real size advantage against Loma.
Khan's greatest achievement at 135 is beating a shot to bits Barrera in 2009. LW Khan was very green, Lomachenko would have every advantage bar power and speed.
