You do know he was a 2 fight pro, right? People still talk about the Salido fight, but look at the fight after. He completely dominated, utterly dominated GRJ. GRJ was supposed to be one of the fastest hands currently in boxing, and he couldn't lay a glove on Lomachenko.

Without even the full experience, he completely dominated the future #1 or #2 of the featherweight division (is after Lomachenko moved up).

Also, Mayweather doesn't fight anything at all like Salido.

Mayweather is the highest boxing IQ my eyes have ever seen. I can see mayweather winning to anyone including, of course, lomachenko whose best win is russel jr.

This thread is pointless. Boxers from different eras. Lomachenko is very good. He also has a great trainer. But don't lose perspective. He KO Roman Martinez. Martinez is a tough guy. But he doesn't even know how to walk the ring. 80% of amateurs throw punches better than Martinez. And he is always off balance. Rocky has a lot of heart and is tough as nail. God bless him. But he is an awful boxer.

 

You are getting a bit past yourself. He was getting hit with straight right hands from slow **** Martinez.

He would get all he could handle from little Rigondeaux.

Prime Juan Guzman would also be a handful for him.
