No. Anyone with a brain can see that he is not one of the best 5 fighters in the sport. To me p4p is based on the fighters skillset. If he was the same size as Crawford, Canelo, Loma, Mikey,GGG etc. would he beat those guys? Would he give them a run for their money? Hell da fck no!!!

Loma is just being a sycophant, appealing to the British and American boxing establishments.

Loma has always said Crawford is no. 1, it’s a strong list to be fair, only person I wouldn’t include is AJ.

But in that regard bigger fighters will always be at a disadvantage then, as smaller fighters naturely move better, have a lower centre of gravity, are quicker, and due to their size have a much higher work rate. Add a foot onto Canelo, along with 80lbs and you have a different fighter, who can’t do half the things he does now.

Crap. Pure and utter crap. look at guys like Bowe, Holifield, wlad, Ali, Louis etc. Those were skilled guys. The skill level has very little to do with your size. You can be a big guy with good boxing skill. Just look at Tyson Fury whos a very skilled and massive hw.

I’m not saying that big guys are devoid of skills, just that smaller guys are usually more skilful, which is evidenced by, well, the amount of skilled fighters at lower weights, when compared to the heavyweights. Boxing isn’t exclusive in this matter; you’ll find other sports follow a similar pattern.

What Loma knows about boxing can be written on the back of a postage stamp.

No. The talent pool is just bigger. talented hws are hard to find because when you rea big athletic guy you have far more options in the sports world than boxing. Can you imagine how many potentially great hws are in the nba, nfl and baseball?

No Usyk has an outstanding skillset for a big man. If Fury had the skills your talking about then why was he clearly out boxed by Cunningham.

No GGG? Come on, Loma. After he, at a minimum, defeats and then draws with Canelo? Come on.
