Both are great talents with underrated skills. But let's be honest. Their divisions are weak and there are no good boxers. I would rate them as p4p IF - Terrence beats Spence and CLEARS welterweight division -If Lomachenko beats Garcia (who was not looked great in his recent fight" but it's still a big step up. Golovkin has better resume than those two .......
I'd have them in my Top 10, if I cared to draw one up, but I generally agree that both of these men are overrated. Very good fighters, for sure, but that often doesn't seem to be praise enough for their boosters in the boxing media and fanbase.
