I just knew some would micro manage and misinterpret that video.

I want to see Loma spar that women's MMA champ in the UFC who looks like John David Jackson.

 

NOthing surprising here. This is what happens when you put an mma guy in the ring and the reverse is true when you put a boxer in with a high level mma fighter.

 

Or Loma could spar that other one who looks like Mark Kerr.

It's hilarious though how the mma guys are doing this whole low stance inside the ring. Like yea, let me give you the boxer an even bigger advantage. I suppose its an evolving system as they have to defend the shoot and takedowns but in a ring, its telegraph city.

 

MMA striking is completely different. I have no idea why they even spar with boxers, it is not the style of striking/stance/movement they will ever face in an MMA fight plus lig strikes are taken out of the equation.

Sparring boxers helps you boxing not your MMA striking.

Actually Loma likes sparring with TJ because of his unique footwork. He doesn't get to face footwork like that in boxing.
