arguably the greatest amateur boxer of all time

he is one of the most talented and skilled fighters i have seen

who knows how well he translate to pro... but i think he'll do fine

his pro debut is in a couple months

    He won't be P4P.

He'll either go the GGG route and be avoided, or have the Rigondeux sense of entitlement and **** his years away.

Can't wait for him to turn pro, I expect big things when he does. I don't want to make to many crazy predictions, but I think his potential is close to unlimitless.

You can never be sure how someone makes the transition, but Lomachenko is as complete a fighter as I've ever seen in the amatuer ranks and he has a style which is already suited to the pro game.

The kid is special, there is no doubt of that

He's seems to have a good support team in place so I don't see the early issues that Rigo had with contracts etc myself.

Similar to Golovkin, perhaps. However he's a far bigger name than Golovkin was when he turned pro, and a much better fighter at amatuer level, and i believe he will be as a pro.

I think he will sign for golden boy or top rank and they will push him correctly, but time will tell

we'll see how his stamina and chin holds up. For now he looks pretty good

Thought he signed with some promotional company that does amateur fights without headgear? He's going to be fighting actual pro rules now?

He's fighting in the WSB at the moment, which is pro rules but not included within your official record.

I believe I'm right in saying he's contracted to that until May, where he has said after that he's turning pro properly

He's already had 2 pro fights in WSB and he'll have his third in a few days.

I know, I've watched every fight and looking forward to his match with Maxwell on Friday. He's looked outstanding in it so far, and obvious the competition is a good level.

Still there is the odd question mark, stamina and chin for instance, which will only be confirmed in a 12 round fight at the top level. I don't think it will be an issue for him, but time will tell

Suprisingly for a guy who's fought exclusively as an Amateur, Lomanchenko goes to the body very well.
