Russell is on Rigondeaux's level? I think not. He was actually thought to be on Lomachenko's level which is why their bout was viewed as 50/50 going in. Lomachenko is now seen on Walter's level or slightly better maybe 60/40. And at this point its best to save the anointing oil for when Lomachenko actually distinguishes himself as the man to beat in his division, something that the most skilled pugilists in the sport e.g. Rigondeaux have already done.

Russel had conditioning problems from what we could hear after the fight & he looked way better in his next fight, becoming world champion. I'd like to see how a rematch goes. Russell had his moments in the first, it wasn't by any means a huge schooling / shutout.

They are bringing him up the wrong way, no patience.

Yeah, I won't argue with that. I can't see him losing to anyone else in the near future. Salido caught lightning in a bottle that night because Lomachenko won't lose in the foreseeable future.

I do think he'll have some competitive fights at 130 lbs., though: Miura, Uchiyama, and Vargas. I can't see any of the three beating him once he really gets into his prime.

Lomachenko has the greatest mix of talent/potential/skill....but I think he has some things to figure out still. Needs to learn to catch body shots, throw with a little more authority, and win rounds clearly even when he's feeling opponents out. I do think he might be the most skilled sooner rather than later...I like Rigo a lot but even as a defensive specialist, he gets dropped and rocked too much for my liking. Gonzalez and Ward are highly skilled and haven't really shown any weaknesses yet. Mayweather is severely lacking when it comes to blending offense and defense these days. GGG gets hit too much at times. Crawford has the look of a work in progress imo. Haven't seen enough of Inoue to determine, but it seems he could improve in a lot of areas (not weak in any I can see, but could be better).

I think he's slightly more skilled than Rigondeaux too.

He wins more titles, beats more past-present-or-future titlists, top 10 divisional ranked, top 10 P4P ranked, and future HOF'ers than any other current boxer.

    So... yeahhhhh.

When you have the money to pick and choose who and when you fight, and at what weight then his 'achievements' aren't that special. The way he beats his opponents sure isn't special either. I'm sure Hopkins has him beat on the things you mentioned anyway.
What's his best win.. Corrales? Canelo? For a supposed ATG that's pretty poor, and both those fights were favourable stylistic match ups for Floyd.

The topic here is skills... and I repeat my question, what single thing is Floyd better at that any other fighter in the sport? Cherrypicking isn't a boxing skill btw.
    So... yeahhhhhh.

It's between him and Rigo for sure, others don't come close

    Aside Floyd.
