Loma is right. Pac wouldn't even make good sparring. All top welters and junior welters embass him.

Yes. Because Jose Pedraza is a much better fight and potential victory for his legacy and for history than one over Pacquiao would be. Quite the fanboy response there, chap.

    Absolutely. Definitely!

I don't blame him, "just be real" about it is all I'm saying, would be nice.

If he is going to fight Pedraza he might as well fight Pac. He gains absolutely nothing fighting Pedraza.

Even this version of Pac would bring power and decent speed that can’t be replicated with a sparing partner. Would it be a career defining win if he beats PAC? No but it would be a decent win and far greater than Pedraza. On top of that this would be a great payday.

If the fight was offered and he turned it down, I’d say it was a stupid career move.

This is the same thing that happened with Rigo.

Loma shot straight and got called a ducker to the point where he took a fight he had no real interest in anyways, schooled Rigo, and wound up having people calling him a cherry picker after the fact.

Pac is a no-win fight for him. The better he looks, the quicker everyone calling him a ducker will deem the win worthless because of how shot Pac was.

It's like the revisionism of Ali-Holmes. People act like Ali was a corpse in hindsight and forget the odds on that fight were as slim as 7-5 Holmes going in to it. Near pick em odds. Larry gets about as much credit for it today as he does for Marvis Frazier.

Save the sentimentality for the old legends for after they retire. Pac doesn't deserve to end his career being humiliated for some people desperate for him to turn the clock back.

Nail on head. People will say he's ducking now, if he goes and fights Pac "Oh he fought a shot Pac who got beat by Horn who cares lol". It's a no win situation.

It really would've been understandable if loma just said that he cannot make weight to fight pac instead of saying pac is old when he just fought a 35 plus yrs old and smaller man in rigo. If anything loma pick the wrong statement to make.

There wasn’t both fights on the table at the same time was there, so a bit of a stupid comparison to make right?
And if you want to make the comparison you’re talking about a current champ in his weight division vs a faded legend who is weight classes away.
Either way what you’re saying doesn’t make any sense, and what Lomachenko is saying is spot on. That’s just the facts of the matter, the only one showing an unreasonable bias here is you.

Pac at 140 is a very challenging fight for Lomachenko. Pac at 135 or 137 is an easier fight due to the weight draining that Loma attempted to lure Pac into.

Loma has never said that he wants to fight specifically Pedraza. He just wants his belt. Lomachenko's dream now is to become an undisputed champion.

Jeff Horn aint no star because of that fight with Pac. Everyone already knows Loma is number 1 across the world, he don't need the Pac !

IF Loma were to fight Pac, and that is a big IF, it will be until mid next year. Pac will be 40 YEARS ****ING OLD! 40 and a half to be exact! On top of that Pac will be moving down a weight or two to make the fight. Good move by Loma, just not worth it. A good name on his resume if he beats him but who would remember that fight in the future? Does anyone say how great Macho Camacho was for beating and old ass SRL?

While I would give PAC a punchers chance (after all, Linares buzzed him pretty good), I really wouldn’t want to see PAC embarrassed.

I’m ok never seeing them fight because of the age difference. Them in their primes would have been an amazing fight though. Same with Floyd.

Loma just a decade late to the ATG party.

That's pacqiauo on the 15th isn't it? The day after he weighed in for the fight at 147. So you thought it smart to show me a pic of him gaunt, starving & dehydrated AFTER weighing in at WW?! Are you stupid? You proved my point with that

Oh & tell me what PAC has done in the last two years that makes him the best (which is clearly what you're suggesting) 135lber on the planet? You having him Koing Loma, Linares & I'm assuming Garcia too since he has a 'better resume' than him? All of them in fact. Do tell..
